Supplier Code of Conduct

Purpose
LILT is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly. We expect our suppliers to share our values and operate in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards.
General Principles
Compliance with Laws: Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the countries where they operate.
Ethical Conduct: Suppliers must conduct business with integrity, honesty, and fairness. This includes avoiding conflicts of interest, bribery, corruption, and other unethical practices.
Human Rights: Suppliers must respect the fundamental human rights of their employees and other stakeholders. This includes prohibiting child labor, forced labor, and discrimination.
Labor Standards: Suppliers must provide safe and healthy working conditions, fair wages, and reasonable working hours.
Environment: Suppliers must minimize their environmental impact and comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations.
Data Privacy and Security: Suppliers must protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data entrusted to them.
Quality and Safety: Suppliers must deliver products and services that meet or exceed quality and safety standards.
Business Ethics: Suppliers must conduct business in a transparent and accountable manner, including accurate recordkeeping and financial reporting.
Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers are responsible for:
Implementing and maintaining effective systems and procedures to ensure compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct throughout their organization and supply chain.
Communicating the Supplier Code of Conduct to all employees, contractors, and subcontractors involved in the supplier’s business operations.
Providing training to employees on the Supplier Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
Conducting regular self-assessments to identify and address potential compliance risks.
Cooperating with LILT in any investigations or audits related to supplier compliance.
Taking corrective action to address any identified non-compliance issues promptly and effectively.
Ensuring that all subcontractors and suppliers in their supply chain adhere to the principles outlined in this Supplier Code of Conduct.
Monitoring and Enforcement
LILT may conduct assessments of supplier compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct through:
• Risk-based assessments to identify suppliers with higher potential risks.
• Supplier self-assessments and questionnaires.
• On-site audits and inspections as necessary.
• Third-party audits conducted by independent auditors.
LILT reserves the right to:
• Terminate the business relationship with any supplier found to be in material breach of this Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Impose other appropriate sanctions, such as restrictions on new business.
• Require corrective action plans from suppliers to address non-compliance issues. LILT is committed to working collaboratively with suppliers to address compliance issues and promote continuous improvement.
